Phil is a skeleton and he serves as the main protagonist of the first season of Mob Squad and the deuteragonist of the second season. He somewhat acts as the unofficial leader of the Mob Squad. Phil uses his head to the best of his abilities in the struggle against Steve, although his short temper sometimes gets in the way of his plans. Phil is also the only mob who can effectively communicate with Marcus and acts like a guardian to him.
